Marrakech – Marrakech 5 Days / 4 Nights

1st Day – Marrakech – Atlas Mountains – Boumalne

We will collect you from your Riad / Hotel after breakfast. Travelling through the picturesque High Atlas Mountains, stopping along the way to take in the view and for photographs. Moving on from the Atlas Mountains, stopping to explore the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou and have lunch. Ait Ben Haddou is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Rich in history, culture, panoramic views and architecture. It is also a famous backdrop for many films such as Gladiator and Game of Thrones. Continue on our journey, passing through Ouarzazate – known as Moroccan Hollywood. Finally arriving in Boumalne where you can have a relaxing swim, dinner, spend the night and have breakfast.

2nd Day – Boumalne – Todra Gorge – Merzouga

Depart from Riad / Hotel to visit the incredible Todra Gorge, a limestone river canyon carved by the Todra River. An amazing natural formation. Continue on to Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara Desert. You will be welcomed with some mint tea and leave your luggage in your hotel room before you depart on a sunset camel ride into the atmospheric Sahara dunes. You will stop to enjoy a wonderful Sahara sunset, before continuing your camel trek to a traditional camp in the dunes, where you will be welcomed warmly, enjoy an authentic Moroccan dinner and be entertained by desert drums under a sky full of stars. An immersive experience not to be missed!

3rd Day – Merzouga – Ramlia – Zagora

Wake up to camel trek back to the hotel, stopping to admire the Sahara sunrise, before arriving back at your hotel for breakfast and a shower. We then depart from Merzouga and head to Ramlia, a remote village in the south of Morocco, where the people are the most warm and welcoming. The landscape is a mixture of mountains and golden sand dunes. You will visit traditional Nomad families near Ramlia and experience their way of life. Enjoy some 4×4 off road driving. Leave Ramlia and move on to Zagora where you can enjoy a refreshing swim and relax, before a delicious dinner and overnight stay.

4th Day – Zagora – Ouarzazate

Depart after breakfast, heading to Ouarzazate. Passing through the beautiful Draa Valley and taking in the striking views. Pausing for photo opportunities along the way. The Draa River is the longest river in Morocco and flows through the Draa Valley; an oasis, full of endless palm groves that line the banks of the river. Pass through Tamnougalt, a kasbah not far from Agdz. Tamnougalt is a date palm oasis rich in history and culture. Continuing on to Ouarzazate to have dinner and spend the night.

5th Day – Ouarzazate – Kasbah Telouet – Marrakech

After breakfast, depart from Riad / Hotel to visit Kasbah Telouet; located on the former caravan route from the Sahara to Marrakech. The Kasbah was built in the 18th and 19th centuries. Continue on through the Atlas Mountains to arrive at the final destination: Marrakech, where the tour ends.
